TurisRed is a platform for municipalities: visitors open a link or scan a QR code, no download needed, and get the event calendar, an AI assistant, the map and official alerts. The municipality manages everything from a dashboard and sees what visitors are looking for.

Visitors look for information about the destination and today they find it in WhatsApp groups and unofficial sites, often out of date. The municipality has no channel of its own and no idea what visitors need.
AI assistant
Answers in natural language using the official information loaded by the municipality.
Live map
Road closures, parking, restrooms, ATMs and pharmacies.
Official alerts
Push notifications and banners to communicate changes instantly.
Tracked complaints
Visitors report an issue and get a code to follow it up.
Municipal dashboard
Content, complaints and anonymous metrics, with roles per department: Tourism, Traffic, Health.

Works offline
It's a PWA: after the first visit, the calendar, map and complaints keep working offline and sync when the connection returns.
Each municipality, isolated
Multi-tenant platform with per-municipality isolation in the database itself (PostgreSQL row-level security).
AI with guardrails
The municipality pins answers, blocks topics and reviews conversations. A custom evaluation set measures answer quality.
Privacy by design
Anonymous metrics, encrypted visitor contact details, anti-spam, and options to download or delete your own data.
