Custom management software for a plant nursery: quotes, price lists, a customer portal, inventory, barcodes and electronic invoicing. It's used every day and has kept evolving since 2021.

A plant nursery selling to customers on different price lists needed to build quotes fast, track inventory and issue electronic invoices, all in one place and following its own rules.
Price lists
Several lists per product, one assigned to each customer, and bulk updates by percentage.
Customer portal
Each customer sees their own prices and builds their own quotes.
Electronic invoicing
AFIP invoices with CAE, credit notes and automatic overnight processing.
Barcodes
Auto-generated codes, scanner lookup and thermal label printing.
Inventory and reports
Stock control, sales reports by customer, product and period, and a dashboard.

Built-in AFIP invoicing
Invoices with CAE, numbering per point of sale, credit notes and an overnight batch invoicing process.
Direct printing
CODE128 labels on a thermal printer straight from the browser, no print dialogs, using QZ Tray.
B2B portal with permissions
Admins and customers in the same system, each with access only to what they should see.
Continuous evolution
Built in stages since 2021: new features as the business needed them, without rewriting from scratch.
